In honor of my bat mitzvah, I decided to work with Little Words Project to inspire and lift children who have been brought down by cancer over the years. These bracelets each carry a message and every time you look down you are empowered to bring yourself up.

When designing my bracelet, I chose my message to be P.O.P.  This is a secret word that energizes me and reminds me that in life there are many ups and downs, but we must all “P.O.P”: be Patient, Optimistic, and in the end Persevere.  

Over the next few months, I will be selling my design on the Little Words Project website. These proceeds will go toward sponsoring the Jewelry making and Spa program at Camp Simcha this summer and future initiatives at Chai Lifeline.
